The environmental credit market is a complex financial and ecological tool. BioArmor's challenge was to explain to landowners how to certify and monetize their land in a clear, relatable, and educational way. To achieve this, we turned to generative Artificial Intelligence to build a fluid illustrated piece.
The BioArmor platform needed to communicate with landowners and farmers. Using hyper-realistic corporate images or cold financial graphics would have created distance. They needed a video that felt warm, friendly, and highly digestible.
Hand-drawing dozens of characters, agricultural landscapes, and machinery, only to animate them traditionally, required extensive production times. The solution was to orchestrate a workflow where AI acted as our visual generation engine, guided strictly by our art direction.
We developed the narrative and used image generation models to create the storyboard. Through precise prompting, we achieved a coherent 2D illustration style: friendly characters, warm color palettes, and vector representations of the countryside, defining the exact visual aesthetic before animating.
We synthesized the narration using audio AI. This allowed us to iterate quickly on pacing and intonation, ensuring the explanation of the certification processes sounded natural, close, and perfectly synchronized with the animation.
With the approved illustrations, the AI generated movement by interpreting the dynamics of each graphic. Tractors, wind blowing through landscapes, and character interactions flowed smoothly, bringing the corporate explanation to life in record time.
Explaining the concept of "IT Observability" and microservices monitoring can be extremely dense and technical. Fyags sought to humanize its technology through a series of explainer videos featuring their own corporate mascot: a 3D character developed and animated entirely through artificial intelligence workflows.
Traditionally, 3D modeling a character, creating its digital "rigging" (skeleton), texturing, and rendering it in different environments takes weeks or months of heavy work on high-performance computers.
Fyags required a series of videos where their mascot interacted in multiple locations to add variety and dynamism to each technical piece, without exceeding commercial timelines. The main challenge was ensuring the AI generated the character consistently across all frames and shots.
Unlike the previous project, here we needed the character to convey a very specific technical empathy. We used a real human voice actor, whose performance, pacing, and pauses served as the rhythmic backbone to guide the character's expressions and movement.
Based on the voiceover, we generated a frame-by-frame storyboard powered by AI. We trained specific models (LoRA / ControlNet) to ensure the 3D mascot's facial and volumetric design remained identical, whether stationed in a modern office or a cloud server environment.
The AI was tasked with animating the displacement between keyframes and synchronizing the character's lip movements (lip-sync) with the real human audio track. The result is a dynamic digital presenter, with a high-end 3D finish, produced at a pace unattainable by traditional modeling.
